The question of how “environmentally concerned” a Christian should be has become very popular during recent years. In order to understand our responsibility, it is important to comprehend the original relationship between man and nature.

We at Liberty Worship Center believe that when God first placed man on the earth, He commissioned us to be caretakers of the planet.  According to Genesis 2:15 "The Lord God took the man and put him in the Garden of Eden to work it and take care of it."

We believe it's our obligation to be environmentally conscious!

Therefore, we are doing our best to build as "Green" as we possibly can. Read more about some of the ideas we hope to implement, by clicking here.

Building Green is all about being environmental conscious; building in a sustainable way with renewable resources, without harming the planet in the process.

However, as you may already know, building Green is not cheap... So if the Lord lays it on your heart to help us "Go Green," would you please consider making a donation? We would sincerely appreciate it.

Creation stewardship

It's not often an environmental lobbying group invites an evangelical pastor to be the keynote speaker at its conference. Earlier in 2007, the Idaho Conservation League extended such an invitation to Tri Robinson, author of "Saving God's Green Earth: Rediscovering the Church's Responsibility to Environmental Stewardship" and founding pastor of Vineyard Boise (Idaho) Church. In September 2007, Robinson spoke to Assistant Editor of The Pentecostal Evangel (TPE), Jennifer McClure, about environmental stewardship and the Christian's responsibility to it.
