Thank you for visiting our website and taking the time to get to know us. These are pictures of our old church. We are in process of making changes. Changing the pictures is proving to be a challenge. BUT, WE SHALL BE VICTORIOUS. We are in our new church on Goshen Rd. Contemporary, yet classy and functional. You need to stop by and check it out! We invite you to check out one of the most progressive, inspirational, and friendliest churches in Edwardsville (at least we like to think so and we are trying). We are very interested to meet you and have you as a guest in one of our services.
You can expect a warm welcome, vibrant worship, powerful prayer, and inspiring preaching. Truly, God is working in us, for us, and through us, and we would love to have you get in on the action.

We believe you'll find we are a congregation of warm and wonderful people who are passionate about sharing the love and message of our Savior Jesus Christ in a non-threatening way. But, hey, you come be the judge of that.
Our Style Again, this is a picture of a our old church, which we are attempting to update. At Liberty “Come as you are!” and participate with us as we worship to an upbeat praise & worship band, pray together, and hear from God’s Word in creative ways. Our active youth and children’s ministry includes a preschool class, toddlers class, infant nursery, Kids clubs, and plenty of places for the youth to meet, including a large multi-ministry foyer. Come check out all our Clubs, Activities and Ministry Opportunities for the whole family! Our Senior Pastor and his wife, Tim and Kim Broihier, head up an able staff in Associate Pastor Rev. Edward Crite; and Youth and Children’s Pastor Joshua Wolf and his wife Charity. Serving alongside them is an awesome team of volunteer leaders and the church board. We had our humble beginning in a tent on Troy Road in the late 1920's. In 1940, the congregation met in a basement church at the corner of Benton and Center Streets, where the Madison County Jail is currently located. In 1950 the congregation built the first permanent church at this (old) location on St. Louis Street, Edwardsville. In 2008 a 25-year-old dream of building a new and better facility began at 8025 Goshen Rd. Now, we built our Dream Church! We obtained a partial occupancy permit and started having church in our large, multi-ministry foyer on May 3, 2009. Upon completion, we moved into the sanctuary and the rest of the building on Sunday, October 25, 2009. Since moving in, we have already grown by 50%. PRAISE THE LORD!!!
